Each pair of custom-made jeans is individually cut, sewn, and finished in our Montreal atelier. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your jeans to be made and shipped. In some cases, production may take up to 4 weeks

Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. If you wish to request a change, such as an adjustment to sizing or finishing details, please contact us at sparejeansworkshop@gmail.com within 7 business days of placing your order. If production has not yet begun, we will confirm whether the requested change is possible.

Ready-to-wear pieces typically ship within 3 business days. Orders over $300 CAD within Canada qualify for free shipping. International orders are shipped through reliable courier services.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
